Liability
In addition to the company's exclusive activities, for rafting, canyoning and high-mountain guiding, ADRENATUR's sole aim is to put you in touch exclusively with an independent professional who holds a federal licence to practice. ADRENATUR cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident. Responsibility lies solely with the professional accompanying you.
INSURANCE :
Participants must have private health and accident insurance. The company declines all liability in the event of an accident caused by a third party. The company's insurance will only be called upon if one or more of its employees, through his or her own fault or error, causes an accident to a third party.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
50% deposit to finalise the booking.
The remainder 10 days before the activity.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation by the applicant, 2 to 7 days before the activity: 25% of the programme fee is due.
Cancellation by the applicant less than 48 hours before the activity: 50% of the amount is due.
Cancellation by the applicant less than 24 hours before the activity: the full amount is due.
A full refund will be made by Adrenatur, if and only if Adrenatur, sports aventure et Fun forest Sàrl may decide to cancel an activity completely due to bad weather or snow conditions, which may affect the safety of participants or the smooth running of the activity.
